Fixed an issue with the EGT sensor calibration, user settings, individual value was 10x instead of 1x.

Fixed a bug that could cause the RT-value for Ignition Acceleration Correction to show a low value when no ignition correction was being applied.

Fixed a bug in the overlap VVTI handling for the Subaru EJ207 S-AVCS trigger system.

Fixed a bug where, in Sensed Speed mode, the Time After Launch timer required launch control activation to start the Time After Shift timer.

Fixed a bug causing very low user PWM rate setting (period) to be internally limited.
