MaxxECU online help

Note: You need to have a line pressure sensor mounted on your gearbox to manually inspect the line pressure to gain the desired pressure for your application.

see, Analog inputs wiring and AIN (0-5V) setup).

Line pressure control

line pressure setting

Whether to use use OEM transmission standard solenoid properties or use custom settings.

transmission standard - Uses predefined frequencies and duty for the OEM line pressure solenoid in gearbox.

user setting - Custom settings for line pressure solenoid in gearbox.

Line pressure solenoid frequency

The PWM output frequency for the solenoid used.

solenoid duty for min pressure

Specifies the minimum duty (%) to be applied on the output to gain the minimum line pressure you want to achieve.

Solenoid duty for max pressure

Specifies the minimum duty (%) to be applied on the output to gain the maximum line pressure you want to achieve.

line pressure table

The line pressure table is a 0 - 100 % (duty) value to the outputted to the actual solenoid that controls the line pressure.

There is no "closed cloop" control for line pressure, you have to manually alter the duty table to gain the desired line pressure of your choice.

Note: MTune 1.145 and earlier put 100% duty on the line pressure output when the launch control was active, to keep the transbrake happy.

In MTune 1.146 the transbrake input now puts 100% duty on the line pressure solenoid when active instead.
