When you change the clutches in your DCT, you must engage the clutch relearn feature in the TCU.
NOTE: Be really careful with clutch relearn, especially if your are running with the hardcore ones, the might be tricky to relearns since the TCU thinks the clutches does transfer to much torque with less oil pressure and bail out.
1. Change ANY idle closed loop function you use to a open loop variant instead.
Note: This is very important, since the TCU needs to "detect" the RPM drop to recalculate the torque transferred during the relearn procedure, so ANY idle adjustment by the ECU during this procedure is absolutely prohibited.
2. Press "Steuern".
3. Press "Kupplung"
4. Press and keep brake pedal down, press "Werkstatt" to begin the procedure.
Note: The gearbox should have some initial temperature before proceeding.
If you receive this error message, it means the test procedure has been canceled, and in this case the engine RPM is to high/low. We believe 600-900RPM seems the be the ideal RPM here.
The message during the procedure....
This means, it did work out :)
Press F10 to end.
