Dodge 8HP Engine Torque

Transmitted from the MaxxECU to the TCU, -500 to 1547Nm.

 

Dodge 8HP Transbrake

Received from the TCU, 0=Not active;1=Active, cond. not correct;2=Active, cond. correct;3=Applied;4=Cancelled;

 

Dodge 8HP Torque Reduction Target

Received from the TCU, indicates the amount for torque reduction request, -500 to 1547Nm.

 

Dodge 8HP Target Gear

Received from the TCU, indicates the target gear, updated right before a shift indication.

 

Dodge 8HP Last Shift Time

Received from the TCU, indicates the last shift-time in milliseconds, this time indicates when the TCU starts to shift, and when everything is seated and the TCU considers the shift is properly done.

 

Dodge 8HP Converter Lockup

Received from the TCU, 0=Starts to open;1=Open;2=Slip;3=Closed";

 

Dodge 8HP Driveshaft

Received from the TCU, filtered output shaft speed.

 

Turbine Speed (unfiltered)

Received from the TCU, unfiltered output shaft speed.

 

Dodge 8HP Turbine Speed (unfiltered)

8HP internal turbine speed.

 

Dodge 8HP Clutch Control Correction

Indicates how much clutch control is currently in use, 100% means no clutch control. 0% means clutches fully disengaged.

 

Dodge 8HP Clutch Control Reason

Indicates the reason for any clutch control (slip): 0=None;1=PRND;2=Takeoff (ramp up);3=Stopping (ramp down);4=Launch;5=Bump;6=Clutchkick;7=Virtual Clutch;

 

Dodge 8HP Shift ID

Received from the TCU, used for internal debugging to indicate which internal shift table the TCU is actually using.

 

Dodge 8HP Temporary Manual Mode

Recieved from the TCU when a temporary manual mode is active, for example when you in Drive mode and press paddle up/down, the TCU goes into a temporary manual mode, and after a certain time return back to Drive, indicated by this value. 1 = in temporary manual mode.

 

Dodge 8HP Paddle Status

Received from the TCU, 0=Not engaged;1=Up;2=Down;3=Both;

 

Dodge 8HP Gearbox Mode

Received from the TCU, 0=Park;1=Reverse;2=Neutral;4=Drive;5=Manual;

 

Dodge 8HP Torque Reduction Request

Received from the TCU, 0=Disabled;1=Enabled;

 

Dodge 8HP Drive Mode

Received from the TCU, 0=NOT_SET;1=STREET;3=SPORT;5=TRACK;10=DRAG;

 

Dodge 8HP Limp Home Mode

Received from the TCU, 0=All OK;1=Activated, Limp Home;

 

Dodge 8HP Torque ctrl mode req

Received from the TCU, 0=NONE;1=TRQ_INC_FAST;2=TRQ_DEC_FAST;

 

Dodge 8HP trans warning

Received from the TCU, indicates if the TCU has some stored warnings.

         

Dodge 8HP Trans fault

Received from the TCU, indicates if the TCU has some internal faults, this should be 0 if everything is good.

 

Dodge 8HP Selector Switch

Received from the TCU, 0=Park;1=Reverse;2=Neutral;4=Drive;8=Manual;16=Manual+;32=Manual-;

 

Dodge 8HP Shift Status

Received from the TCU, 0=Not active;1=Active;2=Active, Up;3=Active, Down;

 

TRANSMISSION oil temp

Received from the TCU, -20 to 140 deg C.

 

Transmission Clutch A/B/C/D/E Pressure

Individual clutch pressure from the A,B,C,D and E clutch, 0-20bar, requires Binary4 8HP TCU firmware.

 

Transmission LINE Pressure

System/line pressure, 0-20bar, requires Binary4 8HP TCU firmware.

 

External TCU Calibration Version

Received from the TCU, to determine support.

 

External TCU Code checksum

Received from the TCU, to determine support.

 

External TCU Calibration checksum

Received from the TCU, to determine support.

 

External TCU Calibration ID

Received from the TCU, to determine support.

 

Blip target RPM

Calculated within the MaxxECU, to quickly dial in the blip.
