•When output is off/disabled, the output is grounded.
When output is on/activated, the output is +12V.
Note: H-bridge are useful for driving motors in both directions, otherwise you never use this type of output.
For power hungry E-Throttles (like the BMW S54), it is recommended to paralell wire the outputs, see BMW S54.
•When output is off(disabled, the output is not connected.
•When output is on/activated, the output is grounded.
•When output is off/disabled, the output is not connected.
•When output is on/activated, the output is +12V.
Note: GPO 8 on all ECUs has a 660ohm pullup to either +5V or +12V (selectable in software)
Wiring a LED to a GPO can cause the LED to "always be a bit on" cause of the leak current, by adding a ~120ohm/3W resistor in parallel over the LED will solve the problem.
