This error will most likely be seen when you have uploaded an tune from from a "bigger ECU" than you currently are online with (example uploading a PRO tune to a MINI or any less feature (in terms of in and outputs) rich ECU).

Example configuration problem, in this example we are online with an MaxxECU RACE ECU, but we got a tune file from a MaxxECU PRO, and uploaded it to the RACE ECU and got this configuration issue, cause the GPO 30 is NOT available on the MaxxECU RACE.

How to fix

1. When you are online with the MaxxECU which has this configuration problem (in this example a MaxxECU RACE), press disconnect to go offline.

2. Change the ECU Type to (most likely MaxxECU PRO). Now all the features for the MaxxECU PRO is visible.

3. Since the tune problem got us a hint of where the potential problem lies (in our example GPO 30), head over to Outputs --> Output config, where we clearly can see that a boost solenoid is activated on the GPO 30 (which is not available on the RACE ECU).

4. Press the select button, and select the Disabled checkbox and press OK.

5. In the above example, the GPO 30 is not set to disabled (cause it does not exist on the MaxxECU RACE), press the connect icon in the top let corner.

6. Now you MUST WRITE THE TUNE CHANGES TO THE ECU.

7. Verify there is no detected configuration problems now!
