Relay output to be used in conjunction with the WBO module to power the actual module.
When used, this outputs does not gets active untill MaxxECU is fully booted and the ECU supply is considered to be usable, then the communication starts with the module.
Used on some snowmobile without a battery and a shot starter.
Note: If your vehicle has a battery, you most likely does not need to use this relay output function.
